Special Handling

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours but if you absolutely positively need your order as soon as possible we recomend you use our Special Handling Service. With Special Handling your order will be given top priority and if it is received by 11:00am PST it will be shipped the same day it is received. The fee for this service is $15.00 in addition to all other shipping charges.

Special Handling orders must be shipped by "UPS 3 Day Select", "UPS 2nd Day Air" or "UPS Next Day Air", if you do not specify how you would like your order to be shipped we will shipped by "UPS 3 Day Select"

In some instances we may not be able to ship your order complete. If this is the case we will make every attempt to contact you by phone and or e-mail regarding the out-of-stock items. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the out-of-stock items and immediately ship the remainder of your order unless you advise us otherwise.
